Air Techniques Promotes Tom Bach to Regional Sales Specialist

MELVILLE, New York—April 5, 2012—Air Techniques, Inc., a leading innovator and manufacturer of dental equipment, announces the promotion of Tom Bach from Application Sales Specialist to Regional Sales Specialist for the West Coast. In this newly created role, Tom will strategically work on the growth of digital sales for the western region of the United States, where he will utilize the company’s west coast facility for product training seminars. Tom’s presence on the west coast will improve Air Techniques’ abilities to train sales representatives and improve continued support to dental practitioners located in this region.

Tom began his career at Air Techniques 13 years ago as a technical support specialist and has continued to take on new responsibilities. Shortly after starting as a technical support specialist, Tom became the department supervisor and lead technician. His knowledge and expertise continued to grow as he traveled throughout the United States and to six countries training, evaluating, installing and troubleshooting products for dealers and dental practitioners. Tom trains internal employees, dealer representatives and Air Techniques’ outside sales team on the entire Air Techniques product portfolio.

Tom’s strong technical background is combined with his passion and desire to be the best at his craft. Prior to joining the Air Techniques team, Tom worked as a general contractor and built his own home. He managed several service departments in the automotive industry and spent five years as a top marine repair technician and service manager. Tom is a native New Yorker. He is a devoted husband and father of two sons (Tommy, 14 and Evan, 10).
